How your  Puppy can be delivered safely?

We often receive many inquiries about the shipping process, as many have not had a puppy shipped before and have completely no idea about it. They ask normally questions like;

Is it really safe for the Puppy?

Won’t he/she be scared? 

How long does it take?

Won’t it be difficult for the Puppy having to be all alone in a crate for so long? and so on..

But after reading through our healthy shipping process which involves a pre-shipping preparing to get your new family member; Healthily, Physically and Emotionally fit, before shipping and delivery. They feel much more comfortable with the process of rehoming a puppy. 

Is Shipping A Puppy Really Safe:

The idea of shipping a puppy to a new location sometimes sounds cruel and embarrassing to us, but I think it's harder for us than the puppy. Shipping is not a complicated or cumbersome process, it's normally done by processionals and experienced courier who normally offer special and sufficient care to the little one during the shipping process. With have shipped and delivered puppies for a couple of years now, the shippers often want the customers to get full satisfaction. 

We tape the puppy's food and feeding instructions to the top of the crate and put some frozen water in the crate, so it will gradually thaws out for the puppy. And they are fed during the flight/ride. 

The average flight and delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 hours from the time of departure. But sometimes it can be more depending on the location or in a case of delays or International Delivery. And in such a case we do extra preparations ahead of time. We always ask about any delays or layovers and know the exact times of departures and arrival of the flights, so we know exactly where the puppy is and we also make sure to stay in touch with you on the information, so that you do know everything as well.

Your puppy will arrive the same day as shipping is normally within a few hours. We do have a big fluffy bed of shredded newspapers in the crate for the puppy to nestle in, a toy or sock with my scent on it–to help the pup feel secure. There is usually a pig’s ear chew as they love them.

Shipping is also consider an option with us as sometimes we find suitable homes desperately wanting to rehome a puppy but they might not be located within a driving distance. With our healthy and safe shipping process, their desires are met. 

When we book flight for a puppy it is only on safe and approved shipper that have pet-safe programs with professional guidelines ”The Puppy will have the same air as the pilot flying the plane and there is someone to cater for him/her on board, we don’t deliver our puppies with cargo carriers as we treat them like our family members. They are actually shipped in the passenger plane with pet a nanny until delivery is confirmed.

When we book a delivery flight for our pets, we often call ahead of time to schedule the most direct flight available to avoid any delays. Our Puppies have always arrived healthy, safe and sound in their new homes. We can be so bold to say “it's better and more comfortable to delivery a puppy with a 1-3 hours flight than drive with the puppy for 2 hours or more”. As the shippers do offer intensive care during shipping.

NANNY SHIPPING:

If you are not able to pick up your puppy at the airport on arrival, we can also have him/her delivered directly in to your arms, using the pet nanny services from the shippers, where the nanny will continue with the puppy and have him/her delivered directly at your doorsteps. This is also one of the safest, most reliable, and stress free way for your new puppy to be delivered to you. We want the best possible care for your puppies!
